Thick-injection molding

Normally has to use high pressure &low filling speed to prevent sinkmark and deflection.

Our experience to make 52 mm thick by injection molding by PC material.

Material: 

UHMWPE, hdpe, PC, PA series and PMMA etc.

Application:

a. Car& Bus Handles;

b. Pressure application shaft and roller;

c. Other Harsh environment components etc.
