Normally we will use LKM standard mold base, we can also make it according to customer’s requirement, such as DME or Hasco standard.

We can work with DME, Hasco, Cumsa, Meusburg, Pcs, etc, according to customer’s requirement; 

Mold Steel

We use the steel which suits the tools, normally base on plastic material property, production application & tooling lifetime to choose. Gernerally, we can purchace mold steel in china such as

ASSAB (Sweden), Daido (Japan), GS (Germany) & LKM (China), AUBERT & DUVAL (France), Finkl (America),we could provide 

Steel certificate as per request. 

Hot Runner System

We are familiar with DME, Hasco, Yudo, Husky, Ewikon, Mold Master and Synventive, also can deal as partner request.
